Return and Refund Policy

At The Advocates Educational Services, we are committed to providing high-quality, personalized educational support. To maintain fairness and clarity for all clients, we have established the following refund policy:

• Non-Refundable: All consultation fees are non-refundable once the service has been rendered.
• Cancellation: If you need to cancel a scheduled consultation, you must provide at least 24 hours' notice.
  
  • If canceled with 24+ hours’ notice, you may reschedule or request a credit for a future session.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will not be eligible for a refund or reschedule.
• No-Shows: Failure to attend a scheduled consultation without prior notice will be considered a no-show and is non-refundable.

• Prepaid Packages: Refunds for prepaid tutoring packages (multiple sessions) are available for unused sessions only. Used sessions will be deducted at the single-session rate before refund.
• Single Sessions: Single-session tutoring appointments are refundable only if canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
• Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made within 24 hours or no-shows will not be refunded or rescheduled.
